I’m not your therapist and I’m not here to diagnose or treat you. I’m here to walk alongside you as you practice becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable, implement mind-shifts to move toward recovery-focused thinking, handle immediate panic situations, and practice exposure and response prevention in real life. To sit with you in the discomfort. To help you stay grounded when the fear spikes. To remind you of your values when your mind is screaming “escape.” Recovery can feel overwhelming when you’re doing it alone. My support stays present, steady, and encouraging while you build the capacity to handle what once felt unbearable.
