What’s the Recovery Support All About?

I’m not your therapist, and I’m not here to diagnose or treat you. I’m here to walk alongside you as you learn to become more comfortable with discomfort, practice recovery-focused mind shifts, navigate moments of panic, and implement exposure and response prevention in real life.

My role is to sit with you in the discomfort, help you stay grounded when fear spikes, and remind you of your values when your mind is screaming “escape.” Recovery can feel overwhelming when you’re doing it alone. My support is meant to be steady, encouraging, and recovery-focused as you build the confidence and capacity to handle what once felt unbearable.
